태윤 (Teyun) – 망부석 (The Woman Who Became a Stone)

 

 

In Busan, there is a stone. It is said to be that of a woman, Mang Bu Seok, whose husband left to go fishing in Japan and never came back. She waited for him so long she became stone, and so she still waits for him to this day.
